The Approval Studio review and proofing tool helps to create and organize label and artwork projects. It assigns tasks based on reviewer's feedback and monitors the progress of the design project approval flow. Users can upload, review and compare artwork versions and create annotations and real-time discussions.
Approval Studio integrates with Slack and Adobe Creative Cloud when an upgraded package is purchased. There is currently no integration with Microsoft Teams. Mobile and desktop reviewing and a selection of proofing tools are available on the standard package, but an upgrade is required for video proofing.

Aproove is a perfect online proofing tool for users who require simple and straightforward online proofing. Users can select the desired functionality, users, and storage without the worry of hidden costs or contracts.
Aproove doesn’t currently integrate with Slack or Adobe Creative Cloud but includes some of the features that are included as standard with GoProof, such as @mentioning, proof status filters, flatplan and flipbook view and instant share. All creative files are compatible but no mobile solution is offered.

Ashore targets the growing demand for improved collaboration between creatives and approvers with a powerful online proofing suite. Ahsore improves the quality of approver feedback, automates approval workflows, and provides a proofing dashboard for all major file types on a white-labeled platform.
With a standard package, Ashore caters for all creative file types and website proofing, but an upgrade is required for managing audio and video files. Starter packages only allow for a single user but unlimited approvers.

Filestage is an online proofing platform that frees teams from chaotic approval processes, making work more joyful and productive. From large enterprises to independent agencies, we help teams share, discuss, and approve all their files, all in one place - including documents, images, videos, websites, and audio files.
Filestage caters for a range of creative teams with packages suited for each but upgrades are required to unlock some of the more useful features such as SSO, onboarding and advanced security settings.

GoVisually provides proofing tools for creative teams to enable them to deliver work faster and without email chain chaos.
GoVisually offers some of the many features included as standard with GoProof but doesn’t currently integrate with Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Video proofing is offered with a package upgrade, as is @mentioning and smart compare.

iAnnotate is an online proofing tool that allows businesses to annotate, mark, review, add comments and share documents with colleagues.
The iAnnotate software mirrors some of the functions offered as standard with GoProof but the text editing features and system in general doesn’t currently integrate with Slack, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Photoshop, InDesign, InCopy or Premiere Pro.

Lytho Workflow allows teams to control visibility into project progress within a single tool. Users can intake project requests, launch projects and allocate resources, track tasks and deadlines, share feedback with online proofing, manage the approval process, and report on key productivity metrics.
Lytho was formerly known as InMotionNow. At time of publishing, historical features and pricing information were not available.

Oroson users can consolidate all their assets and feedback in one place, to replace the endless email threads. Feedback on visual content of all file types from video, images, documents, HTML5, and audio files.
Oroson includes the ability to annotate and mark-up content for unlimited collaborators but, as with other solutions, there is no integration with Slack, Teams or Adobe Creative Cloud. Version control is offered as is audio and video reviewing.

The PageProof online proofing tool makes reviewing and approving work feel effortless. Creative files of any kind, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, web banners, video, and emails. The smart tools included within the interface can automate workflows, review work, and ensure creative content is pixel perfect.
PageProof offers a range of functionality, and integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud but several features are only available via an enterprise upgrade, such as SSO and multiple teams.

ProofHub enables creative teams to collaborate and communicate over projects in an easy and flexible manner. The software is also available for both the Android and iOS operating systems; making it easy for remote teams to stay connected.
ProofHub offers mobile and desktop proofing and a range of proofing tools with their standard package, but an upgrade is required to unlock features such as project manager settings, activity logs, custom workflows and white-labelling.

QuickReviewer is an ideal online proofing solution for teams that are looking for a faster design approval process. Users can review videos, websites, PDFs, images, and audio files, and can organize feedback on creative projects without having to exchange multiple emails.
QuickReviewer packages include a broad selection of proofing tools from versioning and activity logs to custom branding and email templates but only integrates with some of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and not currently with InCopy or PremierePro.

ReviewStudio has been designed to simplify feedback and approval for creative content. Users are able to collect all their feedback in one collaborative space by adding markups and comments directly on images, video, PDF and HTML files.
ReviewStudio allows users to review all creative files, including websites and videos and offers a range of proofing functions. Users can compare versions and revisions of proofs side-by-side. Custom domains and SSO - offered as standard with GoProof - are only available via an upgrade.

WebProof makes it simple for graphics businesses to collaborate and review projects anywhere, at anytime. The WebProof solution removes the obstacles for workflows, allowing users to reduce costs and complete projects faster.
Webproof offers users all the features expected from a proofing solution, including revision history and commenting tools but the InDesign integration is only accessible to upgrading customers.

The Ziflow solution helps creatives to deliver exceptional content. The platform provides an interface for clear feedback on video, digital, web, documents, images, audio, banners, GIFs, and much more. Ziflow integrates with leading creative and project management apps.
Ziflow includes features for video and all creative image proofing, but all integrations are tied to the enterprise upgrade package. The standard package offers unlimited reviewers and version control.
