JUNIOR APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER
Start Date: SEPTEMBER 2019

Are you set to take on the world in customer service? Then this is the place to do it!

We are looking for ambitious, people-focused candidates to join the Oppolis team and build a customer service career to be proud of.

You will be a natural on the phone and love helping customers identify their issues. Your constant drive and conscientious manner will make a huge impact every time you engage with the customer.

This is a 1st line support role where you will learn more about the software industry every day. Under the guidance of our support manager, you will learn how to take ownership of day-to-day queries and identify when more complex queries need to be escalated to our 2nd line team.

You’ll perfect your outbound technique with occasional calls to ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers, along with using screen-sharing software to connect to their computers and give real-time assistance to fix or advise on application issues.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates may have recently graduated at degree or equivalent level or have already worked in a phone-based customer service role. An interest in creative sector or marketing would be a bonus.

All candidates should show the following character skills both in their application and interview:

  • Strong people skills, especially on the phone
  • A passion for customer service
  • Composure and confidence
  • Aspirations to build a career
  • A zero-inbox attitude
  • General interest in software and technology
