This statement is made by Oppolis Software Ltd in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains. Whilst Oppolis is below the statutory turnover threshold that mandates publication, we believe transparency on this matter is the right approach and reflects our commitment to ethical business practices.
Oppolis Software Ltd is a UK-based technology company headquartered in Telford, Shropshire. We design and provide cloud-based publishing workflow software to customers across multiple sectors including healthcare, publishing, and marketing. Our SaaS product suite includes GoProof (online proofing and approval), GoPublish (end-to-end publishing workflow), and CorpReport (corporate reporting and production) - all delivered as cloud-hosted services. Our team operates on a fully remote basis across the United Kingdom.

We will continue to assess this risk annually and update this statement to reflect any changes to our business or supply chain.
Oppolis ensures that staff are aware of their responsibilities with respect to ethical conduct through our information security training programme and staff onboarding. We will continue to develop awareness of modern slavery risks as part of our broader commitment to responsible business practices.
In the coming year, Oppolis intends to:
